Refund Policy

Overview

Refunds are managed by event organizers and are only available when the organizer allows them. Pytixs processes requests and communicates the result.

Eligibility

  • Refunds are only available for events that explicitly offer refunds.
  • Requests must be submitted within the organizer's stated window.
  • Tickets must not have been used or checked in.

How refunds are processed

Submit your request through support with your booking code. We will verify with the organizer and notify you of approval and timing.

Non-refundable cases

  • Change of mind after the refund window closes.
  • Tickets purchased from unofficial sources.
  • Partial attendance or partially used tickets.
