3 User Responsibilities
As a user of Pytixs, you agree to use our platform responsibly and in accordance with these terms. Here's what you can and cannot do:
What You Can Do

- ✓Create and maintain an accurate user account with valid information
- ✓Contact customer support for legitimate assistance and inquiries
- ✓Share event information through social media and other platforms
What You Cannot Do
- ×Engage in fraudulent activities, including using stolen payment methods
- ×Resell tickets at prices above face value without authorization
- ×Attempt to circumvent security measures or abuse system vulnerabilities
- ×Post, share, or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
4 Payment and Billing

All prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes. Payment terms include:

Platform Rights
Pytixs owns all rights to the platform design, functionality, and proprietary technology.
Content Rights
Event information, images, and descriptions are owned by respective event organizers or licensed to Pytixs.
User-Generated Content
By posting content on our platform, you grant Pytixs a license to use, display, and distribute that content.
6 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pytixs and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

7 Termination

User-Initiated Termination
Users may deactivate their accounts at any time through account settings or by contacting support.
Company-Initiated Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or suspicious activity.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, but previously purchased tickets remain valid according to event terms.
8 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
